Your tasks as Travel Consultant Groups (m/f/d):
Honestly. Things change over time. We adapt. From today's perspective, we want to solve the following tasks:
- You are the central point of contact for our customers with group projects (events, incentives, conferences)
- You ask our customers and partners the right questions and are well informed about their needs
- You research in detail for suitable modules for customer projects
- You prepare suitable offers and calculations that inspire our customers
- You are in control of all organizational steps and are our "one face to the customer"
- You take on the challenge and maintain an overview even with groups of over 500 people
- You are ready to support our customers on site - even abroad
To get the job done, you are part of a team that takes every day as a challenge with great customers.
What do you ideally bring with you?
We save the section. It's about real work. If you can do the tasks, then you know how to do it 😉
If not: You have completed training as a tourism agent. Ideally, you have knowledge of business travel. You need a high level of resilience, good self-organization, a high degree of initiative, detail orientation and the drive to succeed. You also have a firm grasp of Amadeus and are familiar with air and rail fares. Group bookings are fun for you in the area of transportation and don't get you in a spin. You are also creative and empathetic when it comes to creating tailor-made offers for our customers.
