Tourism Marketing Assistant (m/f/d)
Tourismus+Congress GmbH Frankfurt am Main is the marketing company of the city of Frankfurt am Main in the tourism and congress segments. It is also the organizer of the city's public festivals.
What you can expect:
- Collaboration in the organization and support of press and study trips
- Support in the creation of advertisements, advertorials and brochures
- Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of international trade fairs and workshops
- Preparation and implementation of mailing campaigns with follow-up for customer acquisition
- Special projects, e.g. assistance with customer events and trade fair appearances
- Data research on various topics
- Organizational support for city committee work, including taking minutes and preparing reports
- Administrative management of funding applications with correspondence
- Other administrative tasks such as maintaining the address database and providing support
What you need:
- A commercial or business management education
- You are enthusiastic about the tourism product Germany/city tourism
- Good IT skills and MS Office applications, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
- Confident English language skills
- Team and communication skills
