Purchasing and sales management specialist with a focus on flight (f/m/d)

More than 250 travel agencies throughout Germany and adacreisen.de offer individual and group travel from all well-known tour operators. Business travel customers can find comprehensive business travel services under the ADAC Travel Management Services (TMS) brand. The travel agencies offer customers and members everything to do with travel from a single source: from tourist advice, attractive offers, travel insurance and exclusive member trips to excursion tips for the next vacation. For the 22 million ADAC members, there are additional services and benefits such as apps, tour sets and unique offers for motorhomes and member trips.
Your tasks:
- You will support contract negotiations with hotels, airlines and car rental providers and work closely with the responsible divisional management.
- You will process meaningful reports and calculate commission and remuneration models within the scope of partner cooperations
- Together with the team, you negotiate advertising subsidies and plan their targeted use
- You are responsible for the implementation of new offices with regard to IATA and transportation and coordinate all associated processes
- You act as an important interface between ADAC travel agencies, airlines and Business Travel Management
- You and your team will enthusiastically organize interesting events at home and abroad, including flight bookings
- You support the team with general administrative tasks
Your profile:
- You have completed training as a tourism or travel agent (f/m/d), ideally in the business travel sector
- You have several years of professional experience in business travel with good Amadeus and IATA knowledge
- Analytical thinking and a high affinity for numbers are among your strengths
- A structured and precise way of working, as well as team spirit and initiative characterize you
- Your negotiating skills and strong communication skills in dealing with top performers make you a valuable part of our team
- You are adept at using Excel and work routinely
- You are proficient in the confident use of MS Office
- You always pay attention to an efficient and goal-oriented way of working and keep an overview even in turbulent times
- Your communication skills in German and English are excellent
