Havila Kystruten (Havila Voyages) is currently looking for a dedicated Sales Representative (m/f/d) to support the growth in the German travel market. The position is ideal for candidates with an interest in sales and the tourism industry who are looking to develop their skills within a global brand.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and the commercial team, you will support the development and expansion of sustainable partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators and sales cooperations in Germany.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Manager in the expansion and management of existing and new sales partners
- Independent management and acquisition of existing and new partners
- Regular sales visits to sales partners throughout Germany
- Organization and active participation in: Roadshows, in-house trade fairs, customer evenings and travel agency events etc.
- B2B and B2C trade fairs and end customer events etc.
- Conducting webinars and product and sales training (B2B and B2C)
- Planning, organizing and accompanying cross-market FAM trips
- Conducting product training on site and online
- Supporting and implementing joint sales and marketing campaigns with sales partners
- Onboarding, training and ongoing support for new travel sales partners
- Collecting, analyzing and sharing market and competitor feedback to support the sales strategy
- Regular reporting on sales activities, market information and results
Required Qualifications:
- Initial experience in sales/distribution (B2B or B2C, depending on position)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High customer orientation and strong sales skills
- Confident handling of MS Office and CRM systems
- Very good written and spoken German
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Class B driving license and willingness to travel

Work location: Mainly home office, preferably in Southern Germany. Travel is expected, including presence on board our vessels.
