E-Commerce Analyst (m/f/d)
Permanent position, full-time – Rengsdorf, Hybrid
What you can expect:

- You will carry out detailed analyses and ad-hoc analyses on website performance, conversion rates and user behavior – using Google Analytics and Looker Studio, among others
- You create meaningful dashboards and reports to visualize central KPIs
- You interpret data, derive concrete recommendations for action and actively support the further development of our e-commerce strategy
- You test and check web tracking and ensure high data quality
- You develop and support A/B tests and experiments to optimize website performance
- You work closely with internal teams (e.g. marketing, IT) and external service providers
- You continuously monitor data quality and ensure compliance with data protection requirements
- You train colleagues in the handling and interpretation of analysis data
What you should bring with you:
- Completed training or a degree with a focus on e-commerce, online marketing, business, data analytics or similar
- Sound knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker Studio or similar analysis tools
- Experience in web tracking, testing and error analysis
- Strong analytical skills and experience in deriving data-based measuresG
- knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and common tracking technologies (e.g. Google Tag Manager) an advantage
- Experience in working with external service providers and in project coordination
- Structured, solution-oriented way of working and a high degree of personal initiative
- strong communication skills and enjoy teamwork
