Product Manager (m/f/d)

Tasks
- Operational handling and support of our group trips from booking to follow-up including project accounting
- Coordination and communication with service providers (airlines, hotels, agencies, guides and other transportation companies)
- Obtaining and comparing offers and contract management
- Creation of trips and maintenance in the booking system during the year
- Competent advice for customers and intermediary partners for group travel
- Preparation of travel documents and information material
- Quality control of trips and processing of complaints
- Close cooperation with sales and marketing
What we are looking for
- Completed commercial or tourism training or studies (career changers welcome)
- several years of professional experience in product management or travel processing is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills, a structured way of working and a high level of commitment
- Confident handling of MS Office; experience with booking systems desirable
- Very good knowledge of German, good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Service and customer-oriented thinking
- Affinity for travel and interest in group travel
