Your tasks
- Competent support and handling of demanding luxury travel in compliance with the highest service standards
- Independent execution of all booking processes (bookings, rebookings, additions, cancellations, partial cancellations, etc.)
- Comprehensive processing of all inquiries, e.g. confirmations, refusals and the preparation of alternative offers as well as the processing of complex procedures and special inquiries of all kinds
- Active sales of the entire Dertour Deluxe product range, including luxury cruises, flights and exclusive additional services.
- Creation of customized, individual round trips on request as well as adaptation of existing round trip itineraries using external systems
- Telephone and written communication with travel agencies and service providers in German and English as well as reliable support within defined service times.
- Precise price calculation, manual price adjustments, margin checks and price matching in close coordination with product management.
- Independent work in various airline (e.g.AMADEUS, Farelogix) and shipping systems - including queue processing, namechanges and handling of flightchanges.
- Expert advice, booking and support in the luxury cruise sector including option management, additional services, invoice verification & price adjustment.
- Maintenance and support of the most important Deluxe travel agency partners (TOP 50), participation in events as well as accompanying or guiding Deluxe info trips as a representative and ambassador of Dertour Deluxe.
- Continuous further development of your own expertise through participation in product, specialist and system training courses. Active exchange within the team and with specialist departments
Your profile
- Completed training as a tourism clerk or comparable training
- High level of service and contact skills
- Good product knowledge
- Good knowledge of flights and AMADEUS
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Good knowledge of current internal IT systems
- Very good knowledge of English
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, commitment, ability to work in a team
