Your tasks
- Conception, planning and implementation of training measures, roadshows, seminars, webinars, e-learning or evening events for travel agency employees
- Organization and execution of measures in coordination with the specialist departments and partners
- Creating advertising materials together with the graphics department, e.g. invitations, work aids, documents
- Maintenance of VIS, Meevento, location database, invoicing, budget control
- Location research, contract negotiations with service partners
- Involvement of partners in training measures, contact person for partners in the run-up to the training measure / during the training measure
- Planning and implementation of certification
- Creation and maintenance of project plans and program processes
- Creation of invitations, travel documents, participant lists, follow-up mailings for travel agency sales staff, partners, internal colleagues
- Participant management incl. checking the selection of people to be invited according to turnover
- Negotiations with incoming agencies, hotels and partners for the program schedule according to specified guidelines
- Budget planning of individual measures and checking refinancing measures in coordination with TL
- On-site management and coordination for large country specials
- Coordination of programs for evening events at major country specials
- Advising the specialist departments, drawing up annual plans together with Marketing & Sales Communication
- Collaboration on projects: Further development of concepts, technical solutions, etc. for sales promotion measures
- Invoice verification and invoicing in SAP and SER Invoicemaster
- Collaboration in the development of standards and maintenance of guidelines and further development
- Maintenance of the partner management tool
- Coordination of in-house training for presenters and tour guides
- Creation of evaluations of the measures carried out
- Creation of PPT for training measures Technical support for the implementation of webinars Requesting input from specialist departments and preparing it for seminars, webinars and e-learning courses
- Creation of reports on the measures implemented
- Creation of press releases
Your profile
- Successfully completed training as a tourism management assistant or event management assistant, completed business studies with a focus on tourism/marketing desirable
- 3 years of professional experience in the tourism environment or marketing
- Experience in project management desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office and knowledge of the programs GoToWebinar, Meevento, Cvent, Hubspot, Meetago, VIS, SAP and Jira desirable
- Goal-oriented, independent way of working combined with entrepreneurial thinking, organizational skills and high customer orientation
- Fluency in English is a prerequisite, other foreign languages desirable
- Willingness to travel, also internationally
- Confident in the creation of presentations
- Confident moderation and presentation in the context of workshops and events
- Comprehensive networking and close communication with all important partners and departments, both within and outside the Group
