Your area of responsibility
- Contact person for our customers with questions about the booked trip as well as in emergency situations by phone and e-mail
- Processing of short-term booking changes on the outbound and return flight
- Shift work in alternating shifts: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm; 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm; 10:00 pm - 6:30 am (night shifts can be worked from home after training)
- Close cooperation with our flight department and the airlines
- Contact person for the tour guides in the destinations for questions about existing bookings
Your qualifications
- Enjoy telephoning and good written and spoken communication skills
- Initial experience in telephone and written customer service
- High quality and service orientation
- Reliability and team spirit
