Tourism Clerk for our flight department (m/f/d)
Permanent position | full or part-time
Do you have a background in tourism and are you looking for a new challenge with a leading tour operator? As the contact person for all flight-related topics, do you have an analytical mindset that enables you to make a wide variety of destinations possible for our customers together with your colleagues from Flight Purchasing and Product? Are you proficient in Excel and Amadeus and want to become part of an experienced team?

Your tasks
- Ensuring the bookability of our group travel products by managing flight quotas (increases/reductions)
- Negotiating additional capacities and prices with airlines in cooperation with the flight purchasing department
- Responsibility for compliance with the negotiated contract contents, such as release, naming and ticketing deadlines
- Implementation of measures in the event of flight cancellations, time changes, etc.
- Supporting the team in the event of a crisis, e.g. strikes
Your profile
- Completed training in tourism
- Knowledge of "Amadeus" desirable
- Structured, independent way of working, high level of commitment and team spirit
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Good understanding of numbers and analytical thinking skills
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
