For our colorful team we are looking for both number crunchers and creative minds, all-rounders as well as technical geniuses, career starters as well as specialists.
These are your tasks:
- You will be responsible for providing specialist and individual travel advice to our customers and will act competently and professionally when dealing with our customers
- Your daily tasks include the service- and success-oriented brokerage of package tours and modular tours from all well-known tour operators and our own travel products
- You ensure long-term customer loyalty through a high level of service and customer orientation based on strong quality awareness
- You will develop and implement marketing activities related to our travel agency
What you should bring with you:
- You have completed vocational training in tourism and already have professional experience - preferably in a travel agency - with in-depth destination knowledge
- Independent, competent and friendly interaction with customers is just as natural for you as a conclusion-oriented and independent way of working
- You have a high level of service orientation and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of the common tourism booking and sales systems (Sabre / Merlin, Jack+, Bistro) and / or other systems as well as good MS Office skills and written and spoken English are required
- Knowledge of BLANK is an advantage
