Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- With a keen sense for individual preferences, you’ll design high-quality trips and arrange them through our partner sales network.
- You’ll provide personalized and expert advice to travel agency partners, both by phone and via email.
- You’ll develop creative and tailor-made itineraries that go beyond traditional standard products, with great attention to detail.
- Creating and booking complex travel arrangements is just as much a part of your daily routine as your eye for detail.
- From planning through to the return trip, you ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- You independently incorporate international service providers and partner agencies into your daily communications.
- You actively contribute your own ideas for new products, inspiring travel offers, and the further development of our service processes.
What you should bring to the table:
- Ideally, you already have several years of experience in tourism sales or professional travel planning.
- Your passion for travel, foreign cultures, and personalized vacation experiences is evident and shapes your work.
- You have in-depth knowledge of long-haul and customized travel, complemented by your own travel experiences.
- An independent, structured, and service-oriented approach to work comes naturally to you.
- You enjoy advising clients, making sales, and interacting directly with partners—it’s in your blood.
- You have a strong command of written and spoken English.
- You’ve already gained some experience with travel booking systems such as TripBuilder, Amadeus, Cockpit, or Midoco.
