Here are your responsibilities:
- You’ll be responsible for providing expert and personalized travel advice to our customers, interacting with them in a competent and professional manner
- Your daily tasks will include the service- and success-oriented sale of package tours and modular trips from all major tour operators, as well as our own travel products
- You will foster long-term customer loyalty through a high level of service and customer focus based on a strong commitment to quality
- You will develop and implement marketing activities related to our travel agency
Here’s what you should bring to the table:
- You have completed vocational training in tourism and have prior work experience—preferably in a travel agency—with in-depth knowledge of travel destinations
- An independent, competent, and friendly approach to customers comes as naturally to you as a results-oriented and self-directed work style
- You possess a strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with common tourism booking and distribution systems (Sabre / Merlin, Jack+, Bistro) and/or other systems, as well as strong MS Office skills and written and spoken English, are required
- Knowledge of BLANK is a plus
What you can expect:
- A 13th month’s salary + vacation pay. We’ll also help boostyour travel budget with vacation pay and a 13th month’s salary
