Customer Service Representative for the 24-Hour Travel Service / Shift Work (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Serving as the point of contact for our customers regarding questions about their booked trips and in emergency situations via phone and email
- Processing last-minute changes to outbound and return flights
- Shift work on a rotating schedule: 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.; 2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.; 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. (Night shifts can be worked from home after training)
- Close collaboration with our flight department and the airlines
- Point of contact for tour guides in the destination areas regarding questions about existing bookings
Your Qualifications
- Enjoy working on the phone and have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Initial experience in customer service, both over the phone and in writing
- Strong focus on quality and service
- Reliability and team spirit
