For our corporate services division, we are seeking an experienced leader to serve as Office Manager, Business Travel Division (m/f/d). To ensure close collaboration with the team, clients, and management, we require regular on-site presence at our Munich location.
In this role, you will not only shape the operational success of our business travel division but also actively drive its further development—technically, organizationally, and digitally.
Your Mission
You will assume overall responsibility for our business travel division and create the conditions for excellent customer service, motivated employees, and sustainable growth.
In particular, your responsibilities will include the following tasks:
- Professional and operational leadership of our business travel team
- Responsibility for revenue, budget, and profit targets
- Ensuring the highest standards of service and quality for our customers
- Developing and coaching your employees, as well as actively fostering talent
- Resource and capacity planning
- Management of complex business travel requirements and escalation management
- Analysis, optimization, and digitization of processes
- Further development of our online booking and service solutions
- Collaboration on strategic projects and independent handling of special assignments
- Close collaboration with management, key performers, and major clients
What You Bring to the Table
- A completed degree in the tourism sector with a focus on business travel, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in business travel management
- Initial or several years of leadership experience with a proven track record in employee development
- Very good knowledge of Amadeus
- In-depth knowledge of IATA and Deutsche Bahn
- Strong affinity for digital processes, online booking systems, and modern technologies
- Technical understanding and an interest in actively shaping the digital future of business travel management
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Good command of English
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong decision-making skills, and a hands-on approach
- Strong customer focus and enthusiasm for premium service
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and natural leadership qualities
