What kind of responsibilities can you expect?
Defining and further developing the product positioning of LASERTEC SLM machines in close coordination with the Sales Manager
Conducting market, customer, and competitive analyses to support product and sales decisions
Preparing product presentations, sales materials, and sales pitches
Training the international sales team on products, applications, and market positioning
Coordinating between sales, development, application engineering, and service
Providing technical support to global sales and service subsidiaries on customer projects
Preparing for and participating in trade shows, customer events, and marketing events
What do you bring to the table?
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering, or similar
Several years of experience in machine tool manufacturing or the capital goods sector is a plus
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial customers, as well as a basic understanding of business administration, cost estimation, and business cases
Strong communication skills
Structured, analytical, self-reliant, and independent work style
Ability to assert oneself without disciplinary authority
Strong customer and market focus
Willingness to travel internationally and very good English skills
