The FamiCord Group is the pioneer and market leader in cell banking in Europe. With approximately 750 employees, we operate in more than 30 countries and generate annual revenue of over EUR 80 million. In our more than 25-year history, we have stored over one million cell preparations and supported the treatment of more than 7,000 people. The FamiCord Group is on an exciting journey in which we are integrating several smaller European companies—each with decades of tradition and established local market positions—into a strong international group. We aim to continue our growth in the coming years by expanding our core business of stem cell storage from umbilical cord blood, umbilical cord tissue, and placenta, and by branching out into new areas such as cell therapies.
Her Mission
You’ll combine direct sales, event planning, and community management with a targeted expansion of our network within the midwifery community. As a midwife, you understand the needs, working realities, and language of the target audience and build bridges between our company, midwives, midwifery associations, midwifery schools, and expectant parents. Your focus will be on community building, network maintenance, event organization, association work, school partnerships, market research, and parent events.
You will build an active midwifery community and nurture it in a structured, long-term manner.
You will develop and maintain relationships with midwifery associations, regional midwifery networks, midwifery centers, independent midwives, and other key influencers in the midwifery community.
You will identify, develop, and foster contacts with midwifery schools, training centers, and continuing education programs to systematically increase visibility, facilitate exchange, and raise awareness of the field.
You will organize midwifery events, networking evenings, roundtables, regional exchange forums, and digital formats for midwives.
You will coordinate so that the central pharmaceutical representative handles the medical and technical aspects at specialized midwifery events.
You will plan, promote, and manage events for parents and expand regional event formats with expectant parents.
They speak with expectant parents in person, answer general questions within permissible limits, and systematically convert these contacts into follow-up conversations, counseling appointments, phone calls, and email communication.
You organize independent information booths outside of midwifery classes or in practice/event spaces, without any sales-related mentions occurring during the class itself.
You implement collaborative marketing initiatives with suitable partners related to pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood.
You coordinate market research projects with midwives, including distributing neutral market research questionnaires, managing responses, and documenting results.
You gather common questions, sentiments, and market feedback from the midwifery community and provide structured feedback to the marketing, medical, and sales teams.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to build sustainable regional structures based on contacts, networks, and events.
This role is not a traditional medical field sales role.
You will not provide technical HCP consulting on drug-related topics.
Technical information for midwives or other healthcare professionals is provided exclusively by the central, knowledgeable medical representative.
The role focuses on organization, networking, association work, school contacts, community building, market research, and parent events.
