Your Responsibilities
Strategic development and management of the product portfolio in the areas of access control and emergency exit control throughout the entire product lifecycle
Identification of market and innovation opportunities, as well as the development and maintenance of the product roadmap
Conducting market, competitive, and trend analyses to derive action and development strategies
Preparing and presenting well-founded decision-making frameworks for management
Developing product positioning, unique selling propositions, and sales pitches for defined target groups
Supporting marketing and sales by communicating product-related content and market information
Preparation of specifications and requirements documentation for internal development departments and external partners
Close collaboration with relevant functional departments in the implementation of development projects—from the concept phase through to successful market launch
Representation of the company at trade shows, industry events, and in relevant working groups
Your Profile
A successfully completed degree with a focus on economics or engineering; alternatively, a completed commercial or technical vocational training program with relevant professional experience
Several years of experience or in-depth expertise in product management
Good knowledge of electronic access control systems
Knowledge of emergency exit door controls and an understanding of electrical engineering are a plus
Strong sense of market trends
High level of initiative, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when interacting with people at various levels within the company
Good written and spoken German and English skills
Willingness to travel within the DACH region and occasionally to other European countries (approximately once a month)
