You put your energy into these tasks

As a Product Manager for Digital Sales Solutions, you’ll shape the further development of modern sales systems and align technological capabilities with the company’s needs. You’ll drive the optimization of digital processes, develop forward-looking solutions, and work closely with various departments to create efficient and customer-focused sales processes.
System Implementation & Further Development: You’ll lead cross-functional projects to implement, maintain, and optimize our digital sales systems, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Legal, IT, and external partners.
System & Process Optimization: You’ll assist with system-related customizations, maintain data (Low-Code/No-Code/Customizing), and optimize processes, interfaces, and the system architecture to increase efficiency, usability, and conversion rates. The initial focus will be on our CRM system, Salesforce, particularly the Sales Cloud module.
Performance & KPIs: You will define and track KPIs, analyze system performance, and derive improvement measures across the entire digital sales process.
Market & Trend Analysis: You will monitor the market, competition, and customer behavior and use these insights to develop recommendations for the further development of sales systems.
Innovation & Screening: You will evaluate innovation potential, conduct screenings, and contribute ideas from innovation networks.
Contract Management: You will further develop service contracts, help shape contract terms, and ensure the data-protection-compliant implementation of digital sales systems.
Strategic Development: You will develop the strategy and vision for our sales systems and oversee their implementation with a focus on growth, profitability, and competitiveness.

What You'll Bring to the Table

Education: You have a college degree in a field related to business, technology, or the energy sector.
Professional Experience and Industry Knowledge: You have several years of experience in digital product management, e-commerce, or online sales—ideally in the energy sector—and possess an in-depth understanding of the energy industry value chain. In addition, you have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce, particularly in the areas of Sales Cloud, administration, reporting, and dashboards, as well as automation using low-code/no-code solutions.
Digital Competence: You are proficient in digital business models and modern web technologies, work confidently with agile methods (Scrum/Kanban), and use web analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
Analytical, Technical, and Strategic Thinking: You confidently analyze data and KPIs, are proficient in financial modeling, and think strategically and solution-oriented. A strong technical and business understanding, particularly of energy-related technologies, comes naturally to you.
Customer Focus & Market Understanding: You think from the customer’s perspective, especially in a B2B environment, identify market trends, and derive relevant insights from them.
Personal Competence: You impress with your strong communication, facilitation, and assertiveness skills; you are highly self-motivated and eager for change.

Work-Life Balance: Flexible work schedules, flex time (Monday through Friday between 6 a.m. and 8 p.m.), and 30 days of vacation per year (plus Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve off) create a work environment that is highly compatible with your personal life.
Attractive Compensation: You will receive compensation within Pay Grade 11 of the collective bargaining agreement for public utility companies (provided all requirements are met), including a 13th month’s salary, as well as collectively bargained allowances, anniversary bonuses, a profit-sharing plan, and an individual performance bonus.
Retirement planning: A company-sponsored retirement plan, 100% funded by the employer, is a given at our company.
