Our hotel operations team is all about optimizing our hotel offerings and ensuring they’re presented flawlessly from a technical standpoint. You’ll serve as the link between hotel procurement, systems, and partners, ensuring that our hotel products are reliably bookable and meet the highest quality standards.
Here are your responsibilities:
- You will create and carefully maintain hotel master data, ensuring that relevant product information is fully and accurately reflected in our systems.
- Quality assurance for external bookability is one of your key responsibilities. In this role, you’ll review technical processes, identify discrepancies, and develop appropriate solutions.
- You’ll analyze technical system errors, systematically investigate their root causes, and actively work to improve processes and interfaces in a sustainable manner.
- Together with your team, you’ll contribute to the strategic and technical development of our systems, processes, and products, and bring your own ideas to the table.
- Through your work, you’ll help ensure the hotel’s operations are future-proof and actively contribute to the further development of our company.
Here’s what you should bring to the table:
- A completed vocational training program in tourism or a comparable qualification in the tourism sector.
- Professional experience in the tourism industry, ideally with a tour operator.
- An interest in technical processes, systems, and interfaces.
- An analytical, structured, and self-directed approach to work.
- Initiative and a willingness to familiarize yourself with complex topics and continuously acquire new knowledge.
- Assertiveness, combined with friendly and confident communication skills.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
