EWN GmbH is a company within the EWN Group. It is responsible for the decommissioning of decommissioned nuclear facilities as well as for the reliable disposal of the resulting residual materials and waste.
To round out our team in the Human Resources department, we are looking for someone to assist with travel and training management.
Your responsibilities include travel, training, and professional development management
Reviewing submitted travel requests
Independently organizing planned business trips in compliance with the Federal Travel Expenses Act (BRKG), including, among other things:
Booking hotels and transportation
Reviewing entry requirements and preparing the necessary documents
Processing rebookings and cancellations
Reviewing travel expense reports for accuracy and tax compliance:
Reviewing and paying per diem allowances
Invoice verification
Resolving discrepancies
Booking internal and external training and professional development programs in compliance with company policies
Cost-effectiveness analysis
Researching providers
Meeting deadlines (invoices, annual financial statements, monthly financial statements)
Serving as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
You have completed a vocational training program, ideally in the travel or administrative sector
Knowledge and experience in travel management for companies or the public sector
Excellent organizational skills and a service-oriented mindset
An independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
Strong communication skills
