What does the role entail?
- You’ll organize flights, hotels, rental cars, and train tickets—you’ll plan and book business trips worldwide for our employees and executives
- Processing rebookings, cancellations, and complaints
- Work closely with contractual partners, such as airlines and hotels
- Optimizing our processing and booking procedures.
- Researching hotel and travel arrangements and making reservations
Who are we looking for?
- Completed business training, preferably as a travel sales representative or tourism sales representative with a focus on corporate services
- Several years of experience in a business department, preferably in the travel industry
- A service- and customer-oriented approach to work, negotiation and organizational skills, as well as business acumen and a results-oriented mindset
- Friendly, helpful, and communicative
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary teamwork in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency in using booking portals
- Very good knowledge of MS Office
- Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
