Hotel Buyer for Turkey (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
You will negotiate with our hotel partners in Turkey and conclude seasonal, annual, and multi-year contracts for hotel capacity. You will be supported in the destination areas by our local agencies.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Purchasing hotel room allocations, price negotiations, and contract execution
- Product analysis and further development of our product portfolio
- Capacity planning, occupancy monitoring, and securing room availability
- Price analyses and renegotiations during the current season
- Ongoing analysis of booking trends
- Responsibility for hotel listings (catalog and online)
Your Qualifications
- Completed training in tourism or business administration, or a relevant degree, as well as several years of experience in hotel procurement, ideally in the target market of Turkey
- In-depth knowledge of the destination and a strong existing network
- Deep understanding of the tourism market and the industry
- Confident demeanor, along with strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Business-level English; fluency in Turkish is a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly
