Kreuzfahrtberater is one of the leading online portals for the brokerage of cruises of all well-known shipping companies in the DACH region. We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time (min. 28 hours per week) tourism clerk for cruises (m/f/d) for our customer advisory service. You can work at our location in Ahrensburg or make use of a flexible home office arrangement.

Your course with us:

The declared goal: to guide our customers safely through the colorful world of cruises with its almost endless possibilities. You are the rock in the surf and provide expert advice on cruise lines, their products and possible additional services. Qualified and friendly support is particularly important to us.

Your core tasks are

  • Advising and supporting interested parties and customers for cruises
  • Creating individual travel offers and packages
  • Booking and managing cruises and related tourism services
  • Maintaining customer relationships and building up regular customers
  • Cooperation with shipping companies and other tourism partners

The working hours are between 08:00 and 21:00, for which you will be scheduled in flexible shifts (requests are possible on a monthly basis). You will also regularly provide our customers with help and advice at weekends (currently 2-3 days per month).

You have that in your luggage:

  • Like us, you are enthusiastic about the wonderful world of tourism and cruises.
  • You have experience as a tourism agent (m/f/d) in a travel agency or with a tour operator, or comparable professional experience (e.g. travel consultant, customer service, work on board a ship, etc.).
  • You always find the right tone in telephone and email advice.
  • Even when things get turbulent, you keep a clear view and a cool head
  • You always live the team concept and prioritize service and quality for the customer.
  • Talking to customers in English is no headache for you.
  • Previous knowledge of shipping companies and cruise ships is desirable
