Travel Industry Partnership & Sales Coordination Manager (m/f/d)

Your role in the team

Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships in the travel industry, including negotiating and concluding cooperation agreements -
Development and implementation of joint marketing and sales strategies as well as regular analysis and reporting of partner performance -
Continuous analysis of source markets and customer data to manage the product portfolio -
Selection, adaptation and control of product diversity for the DACH & Hungary source markets, including quality assurance -
Development and maintenance of an annual product and sales overview as well as communication with the sales channels -
Defining and developing new destination destinations and products in collaboration with product managers and distributors -
Participation in industry events, trade fairs and conferences for networking purposes
What you have in your luggage
- Completed training in tourism or a degree in tourism/business administration with a focus on tourism
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in partner management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong network in the travel industry and the ability to expand this further
- Independent and proactive way of working with a high level of self-motivation
- Team orientation and the ability to work successfully in a dynamic environment
- Business fluent in German and English, other foreign languages an advantage
