strategic Travel Manager (m/f/d)
This is your task
In the newly created position of Strategic Travel Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the development, successful introduction and ongoing operation of a professional and people-centered mobility management system.
In particular, you will
- Analyze travel and mobility needs for different employee target groups and further develop and implement innovative company mobility concepts and offers
- Optimize and implement mobility-related processes and guidelines (e.g. travel guidelines, company car regulations)
- drive forward the digitalization of processes and successfully introduce the necessary tools and systems (e.g. booking platforms, billing systems, reporting tools)
- actively manage external service providers such as travel agencies, hotels, travel risk management providers, leasing companies, vehicle providers and garages in a spirit of partnership
- Develop and provide cost and performance reporting
- Introduce and maintain more employee-oriented and cross-departmental internal communication on the topic of mobility
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial training or business studies with further training in the field of business travel and mobility management, ideally qualified as a certified travel manager (CTM) or mobility manager (CMM)
- Experience in corporate travel management, in particular in the management of corporate travel processes, hotel portfolios and modes of transport
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
- Confident handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge of SAP
- You are highly results-oriented and enthusiastic about innovative ideas and solutions, which you implement creatively
- With your empathetic, communicative demeanor and negotiating skills, you cultivate a trusting relationship with our stakeholders
