Flight professional for our flight team (f/m/d)
Full or part-time (min. 30h/w - preferably full-time) at the Berlin location
Are you at home in the world of airlines? Very good! Do you know all about negotiating contingents? Wonderful! Always finding the ideal route is no problem for you? Great! Do you enjoy supporting tourism departments with your commitment and in-depth knowledge? Perfect! We are now looking for reinforcement for our three-person flight department, preferably full-time or alternatively part-time (at least 30 h/week).
YOUR TASKS
- Reservation and booking of flights as part of our tourist offers
- Quota planning in coordination with our tourism departments
- Quotation of flight reservations
- Timely issue, transfer and refund of flight tickets and EMDs via Amadeus
- Daily queue processing
YOUR QUALIFICATION
- You have extensive experience as a flight employee in a travel agency/tourism company/corporate service and enjoy individual/group bookings and ticketing
- You are confident in using Amadeus and are proficient in MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
- You speak and write fluent German and good English
- You are motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- You work in a structured, careful and service-oriented manner
