Your new area of responsibility:
- Management and further development of the operations team to ensure the smooth running of the travel chain.
- Responsibility for the planning, organization and implementation of fishing trips in close cooperation with internal and external partners.
- Optimization of processes in travel handling to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Interface management between sales, marketing and external service providers.
- Training and development of your team to ensure first-class service quality.
What you should bring with you:
- Successfully completed training in tourism management or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in the tourism industry.
- Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and successfully lead a team.
- Strong communication skills and organizational talent.
- Passion for traveling
- Confident handling of common Office applications and ideally experience with tourism software.
- Very good written and spoken German and English.
