As an owner-managed tour operator, we have stood for quality at reasonable prices for our customers since 2010. We employ around 300 colleagues at our company headquarters in Koblenz am Rhein. As a "Contingent Manager (m/f/d)", you will be the linchpin between Purchasing, Marketing, Master Data, Customer Service and our Customer Center when it comes to the most important aspects of a hotel, namely room allocation and room sales. You will be responsible for maintaining allotments in the booking system and ensuring that our popular car trips can be booked at all times.
Your tasks
- Continuous monitoring and active renegotiation of availabilities
- Evaluation of products based on decisive KPIs
- Carrying out capacity utilization analyses
- Expanding and maintaining partnerships through regular telephone contact with service providers
- Processing booking inquiries, sales stops and bookings
- Entering data into our booking system
Your profile
- Commercial training/ further training, tourism background desirable
- Good MS Office skills, especially Excel

Very good written and spoken German
- Communicative, reliable, able to work under pressure, team player and flexible
- Negotiating skills paired with empathy, self-confident demeanor and assertiveness
- Flexible availability on all weekdays including Sundays and public holidays
(approx. 8-10 weekends per calendar year)
