Employee in flight department (m/f/d)
Your tasks:
- Processing individual flight requests from our cruise customers
- Flight booking and queue processing in the Amadeus operating system
- Preparation for ticket issuing (non-IATA)
- Maintaining contact with airlines and consolidators
- Administration of air fares and special agreements
- Ensuring workflows and the specified service level
- Solving problems relating to flight bookings
- Processing rebookings and cancelations
What you bring with you:
- completed vocational training in tourism or a comparable qualification
- confident handling of GDS Amadeus and sound knowledge of IATA
- Understanding of tour operator and published fares
- good written and spoken English and good user skills in MS Office
- good communication and negotiation skills
- structured, accurate and independent way of working
- logical and analytical thinking and a high affinity for technology
- Enjoy working in a team and the ability to keep a cool head even in stressful situations
