Travel Product Manager (m/f/d)

What you do with us
- You are part of an international product team with colleagues in the Netherlands, Germany and the UK. As an international product manager, you are responsible for our product range from Europe in all three countries of our network.
- You are the link between the local sales and marketing teams and the international product team. Which products need to be improved? How can we ensure that we meet the needs of our travelers?
- Your focus is Europe.
- It is important to develop new products and integrate new regions and destinations into our portfolio. What trends are there? You keep a close eye on developments in the market and are always on the lookout for ways in which we can set ourselves apart from the competition.
- We work closely with our local partners in each destination. You will be the main point of contact for them, ensuring creative solutions, commercial success, best practice and regulatory compliance. You will ensure that we remain competitive and true to our values as a responsible tour operator.
- We work according to the Scrum methodology.
- Three marketing pillars: product, price and medium (website), are your responsibility. This includes price and margin decisions, product purchasing of travel products, contract negotiations, inspirational copywriting, selection of photos for the website and system maintenance for our sales teams.
- As an international product manager, we want you to be well informed and up-to-date about your destinations.
- You will also be traveling for the job. After all, we are in the travel industry and this is the only way you can make the right product selection for the various target markets.
