At our main location in Munich with approx. 190employees, we are looking forsupport from a
Tourism Clerk (m/f/d)
for business travel
for processing the entire spectrum of our travel bookings and travel expense reports.
You will work in our 6-person financial accounting team and will also be in close contact with our lawyers, assistants, IT, marketing, HR team and external service providers.
Your area of responsibility:
- Booking national/international business trips for our lawyers via "cytric" and in coordination with our partner travel agency
- Internal coordination and correspondence with travelers
- Processing payments via "AirPlus", "HRS", "PartnerPlusBenefit" and others
- Recording travel expenses in our internal administration system and in DATEV
- Management of personal travel expenses via "Circula" including checking, booking and reimbursement to travelers
- Creating statistics and overviews for the management
- Organization of internal and external events
Your profile:
- Completed training as a travel agent or tourism agent (m/f/d) or career changer (m/f/d) with completed vocational training and sound relevant experience
- An independent and collegial way of working
- An assertive personality with organizational talent, who thinks along with you and acts in a determined and friendly manner
- Very good German and good English skills
- At least basic knowledge of DATEV (or comparable financial accounting software); MS Office package
