Your tasks:

  • Planning, organization and management of activities and sales promotion measures, in particular for the Leisure Groups segment in the hotels
  • Close and trusting cooperation with employees at head office and in the hotels
  • Coordinating and organizing the daily activities of the teams
  • Presenting the company at industry-relevant trade fairs, events and customer meetings
  • Participation in the development of sales strategies
  • Contributing to the creation of the sales and marketing plan
  • Conducting sales talks and price negotiations
  • Customer care and customer retention

Your profile:

  • Experience in a similar position in the hotel industry
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Sales and turnover-oriented thinking
  • Structured and organized way of working
  • Commitment and high self-motivation
  • Well-groomed appearance and exemplary manners
  • Class B driver's license
