Your tasks
- Agency acquisition by telephone - contacting defined travel agencies on a quarterly basis
- Advising and supporting pre-selected potential agencies via outbound calls to generate further sales growth
- Identification of potential new agencies, master data maintenance, processing of goodwill requests and contact person for travel agencies in the DACH market
- Ensuring a first-class booking experience for A-ROSA customers through intensive telephone sales support for agencies
- Providing expert B2B advice on A-ROSA cruises by telephone in order to increase competence at the counter for end customers
- Assistance in monitoring agency performance and transferring successful agencies to the A-ROSA sales force
- Representative and brand ambassador of A-ROSA to B2B customers
- Creation of product and sales presentations
- Organization of information trips, training courses, roadshows, ship tours, trade fairs and events
- Supporting the sales team with operational and administrative tasks in day-to-day business
- Approval and settlement of advertising subsidies
Your profile
- Completed training as a travel agent or tourism agent or similar specialist qualification
- Commercial understanding
- Industry experience, preferably in a travel agency or tour operator
- Initial experience in the organization of events
- Ability to work in a team, reliability, resilience and customer-oriented behavior
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Analytical thinking
- Very good Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of English
