Your mission
As Senior Contracting & Sales Manager (m/f/d), you are the driver of our purchasing and acquisition activities in the area of own travel – with a focus on sustainable strategy and growth. You will be responsible for the expansion of our hotel and service partner portfolio, conduct negotiations at decision-maker level and ensure the economic management and profitability of your area of responsibility.
With your negotiating skills, entrepreneurial thinking and professional expertise, you will drive our portfolio forward in a targeted manner and make a measurable contribution to the company’s success. In addition, you will actively shape the professional development of the team and provide new impetus in the contracting and acquisition process.
Your tasks
You will identify, acquire and develop new hotel and service partners in the own-account travel sector. Your focus is on high-quality cooperations that contribute to increasing sales and margins and strengthen our portfolio in the long term ✔ Independent purchasing and contract negotiations at top level
You conduct negotiations at management level, achieve economically optimal contract conditions and conclude strategically important contracts. You are responsible for the contribution margins and margin targets in your area ✔ Developing and implementing purchasing and acquisition strategies
You develop and implement practice-oriented strategies for portfolio expansion and optimization. You ensure the sustainable growth and economic stability of your area of responsibility through continuous market analysis and data management.✔ Performance analysis & economic management
You analyze the economic performance of your partners and products, actively manage margin development and implement targeted optimization measures. Your focus is on the continuous improvement of earnings and product performance.✔ Technical leadership & coaching
You support the team leader in the professional development of colleagues, pass on your knowledge in the area of negotiation and establish best practices in the contracting and acquisition process.✔ Market & competition analysis
You continuously monitor the market and recognize trends and opportunities at an early stage. Based on these findings, you derive targeted measures for purchasing and acquisition in order to keep our portfolio competitive.✔ Partner care & local representation
You will actively maintain existing key customer relationships, conduct personal negotiations and ensure the long-term loyalty and satisfaction of our partners. You will also represent our company at trade fairs and industry events.
What you bring with you
– Proven success in the acquisition and expansion of strategic partner networks
– Negotiating skills at decision-maker level, strong negotiating skills and assertiveness
– Experience in economic management, margin optimization and contribution margin analysis
– Competence in professional leadership, as a coach or sparring partner
– Willingness to travel to support partners and negotiate on site
