Field of activity

As a trainer (m/f/d) in tourism, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of training courses and programs for our employees. You will impart in-depth knowledge about tourism products, services and processes and ensure that our teams are always up to date. You will use modern learning methods and practice-oriented approaches to impart knowledge in an exciting and effective way.

Your tasks will include

  • Planning and conducting training courses on various tourism-specific topics
  • Creating training documents and presentations
  • Individual supervision and support of participants during the learning process
  • Analyzing training needs and continuously improving training content
  • Cooperation with other departments to develop customized training courses
  • Success monitoring and feedback discussions to further develop training methods
  • You contribute your expertise in tourism and actively shape the further development of our employees and the future of the company!

Requirements profile

  • Completed training or studies in the field of tourism or a comparable qualification
  • Sound knowledge of the international travel industry, in particular with regard to IATA regulations and tourism booking systems (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
  • Experience in conducting training courses, ideally in the field of tourism
  • Very good communication skills and the ability to convey complex content in an understandable way
  • Enthusiasm for working with people and the ability to motivate and encourage teams
  • Independent and structured way of working and ability to work in a team
  • Good written and spoken English skills
