For our head office with approx. 45 employees in Munich, we are looking for a
Head of Sales & Customer Service (m/f/d) full-time
Whether you have tourism training, a degree or are a career changer - customer service is your focus. You are already a professional in communication and management and would like to pass on your passion for trekking and sustainability. You have already proven your ability to see the big picture combined with business acumen.
Your profile
- Completed vocational training or studies (preferably with a focus on tourism)
- Several years of professional experience in customer service and sales
- Experience as a disciplinary and technical manager
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Very good English and German language skills
- Structured and goal-oriented way of working
- Openness to change and innovation
- Enjoy shaping and taking responsibility
- Team player with good social skills
- Enthusiasm for sustainable, active travel
Your tasks
- Technical and disciplinary management, leadership and promotion of the Sales & Customer Service teams (approx. 15 employees)
- Planning, optimization and implementation of internal processes within the team
- Profit center responsibility for the areas mentioned
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the company as a member of the management team
- Customer advice and support as well as optimization of sales
- Internal training of the team in the area of customer service / sales
- Direct reporting line to the management
