Employee Emergency and
Security Management (m/f/d)
Permanent position | full-time | shift work | 5-day week
Your tasks as an emergency & safety management employee
- Troubleshooting in case of problems during the trip, especially trip interruption due to e.g. illness, accidents, etc. in cooperation with agencies / tour guides / bus companies / customers
- Telephone availability for customers on our trendtours emergency number(no call center!)
- Ongoing monitoring of international crisis situations via the media landscape and social media with the aim of avoiding or averting future crises
- Operational support for the internal crisis team
- Recording of relevant events and analysis of situation reports, statistics for continuous risk analysis from the handover of a new trip/destination
- Processing of reports and collection of all important information for the complaints department, including safety obligations and safety checklists
Your profile as an emergency & security management employee
- Completed commercial training
- Ideally several years of professional experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Empathy in dealing with customers in emergencies
- Understanding of emergency / crisis and security management
- Independent way of working
- Structured and solution-oriented
- Ability to react quickly and make decisions in stressful situations
- Team orientation
- Hands-on mentality with an eye for the essentials
- Customer contact even in difficult situations (good communication skills)
