To strengthen our Frankfurt Service Team, we are looking for the next possible date for a

Sales and Customer Agent with focus on partner management (m/f/d)

initially limited to two years full-time.

Tourismus+Congress GmbH Frankfurt am Main is the marketing company of the city of Frankfurt am Main in the tourism and congress segments.

It is also the organizer of the city's public festivals. The Frankfurt Services department provides information to visitors to the city and books city tours, experience modules, accommodation and many other tourist services.

What you can expect:

  • Supporting existing sales channels to market our products, as well as identifying and connecting additional sales platforms
  • Connecting additional service providers to the booking system via existing interfaces
  • Managing the entire process from connection to billing
  • Entering and updating bookable service providers and products in the booking system/internet
  • Creating offers and booking hotel rooms, packages, experience modules, guided tours and other tourist services
  • Telephone and written processing of tourist inquiries (inbound)

What you bring with you:

  • Confident handling of digital tools, booking platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills in correspondence and on the phone
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Enjoy customer service
  • Careful, structured way of working
  • Team spirit, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
  • Completed training in the tourism sector or comparable qualification
  • Local knowledge of Frankfurt is an advantage
