Assistant Product Manager (m/f/d)
Your travel plan
- You will support Product Management in all travel planning, processing and follow-up processes.
- You will be responsible for day-to-day business, including group deals and flight reservations.
- You will be responsible for communication with the relevant service providers such as agencies and airlines.
- You will answer customer inquiries confidently and competently by telephone and e-mail and take bookings.
- You will occasionally advise our customers in person at our head office or at trade fairs and events.
- Your other tasks will include creating and sending out travel documents and occasionally writing texts for the catalog or website.
Your luggage list
- You have completed an apprenticeship or degree, preferably in the tourism sector, or already have some work experience with a tour operator or DMC.
- You are enthusiastic about real travel and are interested in our destinations; you are reliable and have an organized, structured way of working, even in stressful situations.
- You have very good German and good written and spoken English skills and ideally enjoy writing texts.
- You are confident in using the common Office programs.
