Your tasks
- Coordination and analysis of tourism reporting requirements, conception and further development of standard reporting
- Recording and critical review of subject-specific requirements for the optimization and further development of reporting systems
- Development of solution concepts and their requirements
- Conducting tests as part of new reporting and data requirements
- Supporting the implementation concepts for the identified solution approaches in coordination with relevant specialist and production areas
- Conducting tests as part of new reporting and data requirements
- Maintaining and further developing the data model and ensuring availability
- Contact and support for questions regarding the internal product database
- Documentation of tourism processes and workflows as well as conception and implementation of user training
- Participation in and management of projects on planning and control processes in the context of tourism production
Your profile
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or successfully completed commercial training
- Practical experience with business intelligence systems and databases, knowledge of QuickSight and Power BI an advantage
- Advanced Excel skills (at least pivot, S/X/W-reference, if-function,...) for analyzing large amounts of data, knowledge of Power Query desirable
- Experience in project and requirements management as well as a good understanding of process modeling and workflows
- Knowledge of tourism production, ideally in production and distribution systems with a focus on process automation
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills as well as a structured, independent way of working and problem-solving skills
- Team player, flexibility, interpersonal skills and enjoy solving tricky tasks
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- We expect initiative and responsibility
- Good working knowledge of German (at least B2) and good knowledge of English (at least B1)
