Passenger Service Agent m/f/d

Your tasks:
- Seat allocation
- Checking the required travel documents
- Coordination at the gate (control, boarding of passengers etc.)
- Assisting passengers
Your profile:
- Great passion for the aviation industry
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of Spanish and Arabic an advantage
- Willingness to provide service and customer orientation
- Reliability check (ZVÜ) in accordance with Section 7 of the Aviation Security Act and dangerous goods training (DGR) are an advantage
- Professional and serious demeanor
