Commercial Manager (m/f/d)
As Commercial Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of all commercial areas. You will have power of attorney and report directly to the management.</p
Your tasks
- Responsibility for finance and accounting
- Preparation and audit of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB
- Controlling with preparation of key figures for monthly reporting
- Contact for banks, auditors, tax consultants and tax authorities
- Competent contact for all HR issues
- Managing the entire recruitment process in close coordination with the specialist departments
- Optimization and digitalization of business processes
Prerequisites
- Successfully completed studies with a focus on finance and controlling or a comparable qualification
- Multi-year professional experience in financial accounting and controlling
- In-depth knowledge of accounting
- Modern understanding of leadership with a focus on team-oriented cooperation
- Structured and independent way of working
