Your Future Responsibilities
You will assume commercial responsibility for our high-tech projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
You will oversee national and international tenders and customer orders and actively participate in preparing bids, evaluating commercial requirements, and reviewing bid calculations.
You will assist with contract negotiations, review commercial contract terms, and handle tasks related to contract and claim management.
You will identify project risks, assess them, and develop appropriate countermeasures.
You will coordinate the processing of international payment securities such as letters of credit, sureties, and bank guarantees.
You will be responsible for invoicing, accounts receivable management, and monitoring incoming payments.
You will work closely with project management, Controlling, and financial accounting.
Your Profile
You hold a degree in business administration, economics, business law, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.
You have several years of professional experience in commercial project management, ideally from a manufacturing company, preferably in the special-purpose machinery or plant engineering sector.
You have experience in international project business as well as in handling bids, contract terms, and commercial safeguards.
You are proficient in MS Office 365 and have experience with ERP systems.
Excellent German and English language skills are required; knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
You stand out for your strong negotiation skills, confident demeanor, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and you are characterized by initiative, analytical thinking, and assertiveness.
