Your mission - helping to shape instead of just managing
As Contracting & Product Manager (m/f/d), you will support our team in building and developing our hotel and service partner portfolio in some of the most beautiful and diverse vacation regions in Germany. These include the Baltic Sea with its endless beaches, the idyllic Brandenburg and Schwerin lake landscapes, the nature-rich Mecklenburg Lake District, the mystical Spreewald forest and the culturally vibrant capital Berlin.
With your negotiating skills, entrepreneurial thinking and professional expertise, you will drive our portfolio forward in a targeted manner and make a measurable contribution to the company's success.
Your tasks - what you do with us
Strategic expansion of the partner portfolio
You will identify, acquire and develop new hotel and service partners in your region. Your focus is on high-quality partnerships that contribute to increasing sales and margins and strengthen our portfolio in the long term.
Independent purchasing and contract negotiations
You are responsible for conducting negotiations, achieving economically optimal contract conditions and concluding contracts. You will also be responsible for renewing existing contracts, taking into account business targets.
Maintaining and developing existing partners
You actively manage existing partnerships with hoteliers and tourism service providers, deepen cooperation through regular communication and personal visits and develop joint measures to optimize offers.
Market & competition analysis
You continuously monitor the market and recognize trends and opportunities at an early stage. Based on these findings, you derive targeted measures for purchasing and acquisition in order to keep our portfolio competitive.
Partner management & local representation
You actively maintain existing partnerships, conduct personal negotiations and ensure the long-term loyalty and satisfaction of our partners.
What you bring with you
- Several years of experience in tourism purchasing or sales - ideally with a regional focus (tourism / hotel industry / own travel)
- Enthusiasm for tourism products and a sure instinct for promising partnerships
- Negotiation skills, communicative demeanor and assertiveness
- Independent, structured and results-oriented way of working.
- Willingness to travel to cultivate partners and negotiate on site
