Your responsibilities will include, in particular:

Design and development of eligible and innovative educational programs, including market analysis, target audience research, funding criteria, and time, resource, and cost planning in accordance with AZAV (procurement measures and AVGS)
Coordination and quality assurance through consultation with relevant departments and ensuring the formal, funding-related, and content-related accuracy of concept documents
Project management and coordination of product phases
Design and certification of AVGS measures from start to finish
Support in analyzing and further developing existing workflows, standards, tools, and conceptual ideas to increase efficiency and ensure quality
Communication and coordination with internal (management, controlling, sales, marketing) and external partners, as well as technical consultation with certification and funding agencies
Participation in strategic and sales processes, e.g., by providing advice on funding instruments, supporting the development of customized concepts, and participating in internal training sessions

A bachelor’s degree in education, social sciences, business, or a comparable qualification
At least two years of professional experience in the design and development of educational programs related to AZAV (public procurement measures and AVGS)
Experience in planning and managing complex product development processes
Proficiency in using common tools for documentation, budget planning, and concept development (MS Office, SharePoint, MS Copilot)
A high degree of creativity, personal initiative, strong communication skills, conscientiousness, and a structured approach
