Then the following tasks could suit you:
- Responsibility for general office organization as well as confident handling of common Microsoft 365 programs and DaVinci
- Dealing with German and English correspondence
- Personal, guest-oriented support and advice for private customers and sales partners, especially travel agencies, for 5-star sailing cruises
- Preparation of individual offers and invoices
- Processing flight and hotel bookings for our customers
- Preparation of trips and dispatch of the corresponding documents
- Supporting the team in all operational and administrative tasks to ensure that processes run smoothly
