Customer advisor in travel service (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility
- Contact person for our customers for all questions relating to the booked vacation trip by phone and e-mail
- Changing bookings (e.g. rebooking flights and hotels, upgrading meals or room category)
- Registration and processing of additional services (e.g. sports luggage, special customer requests, allergies)
- Contact person for the tour guides in the destinations for questions about existing bookings
Your qualifications
- Completed commercial or tourism-related vocational training, alternatively practical experience in the field of tourism (also students)
- Enjoy telephoning and have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Initial experience in telephone and written customer service
- High quality and service orientation
- Reliability and team spirit
