Responsibilities:
- Providing individualized and personalized support and advice to our customers, as well as actively selling river cruises and a wide range of additional services via email, chat, and phone
- Data entry and maintenance in a modern reservation system
- Preparing and sending customized travel documents
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Back-office and administrative tasks
- Maintaining customer master data
- Collaborating with other departments and external partners in a variety of ways
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training, ideally in the travel, tourism, or hospitality industry; career changers are welcome
- Ideally, professional experience in the tourism sector and in cruise sales
- Strong communication skills and excellent written and spoken German and English
- Outgoing personality, ability to work well in a team, and a strong commitment to customer service
- An independent and structured approach to work
- Proficiency in MS Office, ideally also in common reservation systems
