Our unified commerce platform “BEST-Connect” combines marketing automation, machine learning, website and CRM.
As support and part of the project team we are looking for you as
Customer Success Agent – IT (m/w/d)
Where we need your support:
- Providing specialist knowledge about the product to help customers succeed
- Proactive user support to identify potential and needs and optimize usage
- Support with user questions about BEST Connect and assistance for our travel agencies
- Recording and analyzing deviations and implementing solutions in collaboration with our IT partners
- Organizing and conducting online training sessions for travel agency users
- Receiving and processing questions from travel agencies by telephone, e-mail or video call
Who we are looking for:
- Completed training or a degree in the field of tourism or IT, e.g. tourism clerk, IT specialist (m/f/d)
- High IT affinity and above-average PC skills, especially in dealing with Microsoft 365
- Knowledge of tourism IT applications (reservation systems, mid- and back-office systems, internet booking engine, etc.) or willingness to acquire this knowledge
- Structured and analytical way of thinking and working
- High service orientation for our travel agencies
- Willingness to help, commitment and pleasure in actively mastering challenges
- Confident manner, strong communication skills and ability to deal constructively with different interests
- Team player (m/f/d) with a friendly nature and positive charisma
- Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and comprehensibly
